I understand that if I Life Coaching and/or Life Consulting from Aly Hathcock that she is committed to respect the disclosed information, but not to complete confidentiality. In the event that she is led to believe that I may harm myself and/or others she will take action to prevent such. I also understand that Aly Hathcock may discuss information with her mentors for the sake of improving my sessions. Always seek the advice of your own Medical Provider and/or Mental Health Provider regarding any questions or concerns you may have about your specific health. I understand that Aly Hathcock may discuss our meetings with her overseer for the sake of improving my sessions.

I understand that and Life Coaching & Consulting is not licensed counseling or therapy. It is a mutually agreed upon relationship between a coach and a client, whereby Aly Hathcock is assisting the client in personal or professional development in exchange for a fee. I hereby fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify, and release Aly Hathcock and any of her team members or anyone otherwise affiliated with her Coaching & Consulting business from any and all liability and any and all causes of action, allegations, suits, claims, damages, or demands whatsoever, in law or equity that may arise in the past, present, or future that is in any way related to Aly Hathcock and her Coaching & Consulting services. I also agree to indemnify and hold Aly Hathcock harmless from and against any and all loss (personal, business or otherwise), cost, damage, liability and expense (including, without limitation, settlement costs and legal or other fees and expenses) suffered or incurred by Aly Hathcock arising out of, in connection with or related to any consulting services provided.
