People should be able to recognize your brand, no matter what part of your business they are looking at. You social media posts and accounts, your website, your print marketing, and everything in between should all feel like they are from the same business and in flow.
Make sure the following areas are all consistent across all your branding and marketing…
- Logo (you’d be surprised how many people still have old logos on some of their marketing)
- Graphics (whether it’s on your social media or website)
- Rack Cards
- Business Cards
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)
- Email Signature
This isn’t 2009 where you do whatever feels fun when you create it. All prospective or current customer touchpoints should feel consistent. Period.
