My friends refer to my camera as my third arm. I seem to never go anywhere without it nowadays. Last week, I averaged at two or three photoshoots per day. Any time there’s even the slightest chance of adventure, my camera comes with me. Why? Because I don’t want to miss the perfect shot.
But what I have come to realize though is that in an effort to get that perfect shot, you may miss experiencing a perfect moment. You may miss living life if you choose to live behind a camera.
This weekend, I’m going hiking if it doesn’t rain, but my camera isn’t coming with me because I don’t want to miss a thing.
