I See Where You Are…

You don’t feel like you’re living YOUR best life – ya know, the one you dreamed about as a kid. For a while now, you’ve felt like you’ve lost a little bit of yourself and aren’t living out your story. You’re doing what you think you’re SUPPOSED to do, not what you WANT to do or what makes you COME ALIVE.  There has to me MORE to life than just getting by and playing by everyone else’s rules. You want to take back your life – your authentic self, desires, time, money, and energy. 

You’re a visionary with lots of goals and dreams, but achieving them is just not happening. I’ve Been Where You Are

  • I was doing all the “right things” but was just getting by and not coming alive. I was playing by someone else’s rules that weren’t designed for me. Living in survival mode, I was trying to outrun all the fear, pain, and beliefs that were silently killing me. My big dreams and visionary goals? They felt like a cruel joke. I was living in a maze with my goals at the end… but my boulders were crashing down all around me, and my new goal was just not to get crushed. Surely, there was more to life than this!
  • Finally, after facing burn out for the second time in two years, I slammed the reset button. I said “enough is enough.” I wanted MORE for my life than just surviving… so I began to go on the journey for MORE, and started facing and breaking through everything that was holding me back from the life I wanted to live.
  • I got off of autopilot and out of survival mode. I learned to tear down all the “should’s” and rules I had allowed into my life, so that I could reconnect to my most authentic self – ya know, the person I was meant to be. Through sustainable habits and massive action, I gave myself permission to dream again, set and achieve MY goals, and design a life that I loved… and have fun doing it.

Together, we’ll go on the journey to get you connected to your most authentic self, discover what you really want in life, and create a pathway to get you from where you are now to where you want to be – and do it in a way that feels both fun and possible.

Sessions are just $50 each and generally last 45-60 minutes.

Get honest about where you are right now. Develop deep self-awareness as understand how your past is affecting your current reality and get a realistic perspective of where you are in every area of your life.

Dream big about what you want your future to look like. We’ll create external SMART goals and determine how you want Future You to think and feel.

Develop a Realistic Plan

We’ll create sustainable habits (ie: self-care, boundaries, batching work processes, etc) and determine what massive action (website creation, hard conversations, massive change, etc) you need to take to get to where you want to be.

Execute Action Plan

As you develop new habits and work through your action plan, we’ll evaluate what feels good, what is and isn’t working, and make changes as needed. Plus, you’ll have me as your accountability and very own cheerleader.
